If you receive a defective item or are unsatisfied with your order, we’re happy to provide an exchange. Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. While most custom orders are non-returnable, we will always do our best to ensure you’re happy with the final product.

To return or exchange a defective item, email support@purplepumpkingifts.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once approved, send your return using an insured courier such as FedEx®, UPS®, or USPS® Parcel Post, and keep your receipt for tracking purposes.

Purple Pumpkin Gifts has the right to refuse returns upon review of the products and is not responsible for shipping costs unless the gift is damaged or defective. We are also not liable for returned items lost in transit. All returns must be sent to:
